Evan Blass just gave Pixel 11 fans another reason to keep refreshing his feed. The leaker shared more than a dozen new images this week, and this batch goes beyond hardware shots into the features Google’s actually building the phone around: a 30x zoom claim, Gemini AI teasers, and camera samples straight from the device. The Pixel 11 series becomes official on August 12, so every new leak right now carries extra weight. Here’s what the latest batch actually shows.
Four New Colors, and No White This Year
The images put the base Pixel 11 through four colorways: Fuchsia, Light Sterling, Midnight Haze, and Moss. Google isn’t bringing back a white option this round, at least based on what’s leaked so far. Fuchsia is the boldest pick of the bunch, while Midnight Haze and Moss read as the safer, everyday choices.![]()
This is the same hardware that leaked in full a day earlier, when Blass posted renders covering the whole lineup. What’s different this time is depth. Instead of just design angles, these images start showing how the phone behaves once it’s turned on.
A Leak Trail That Started With the Whole Lineup, and a Watch
This batch didn’t arrive out of nowhere. A day before these images, Blass posted renders covering the entire Pixel 11 line in every color, and he bundled in early looks at the Pixel Watch 5 at the same time. A separate drop then added more images of the Pixel 11 Pro Fold specifically.
Part of this batch is about looks, and part of it pulls back to show off software and the kind of features that only show up once the phone is running. That mix is part of why this batch reads differently than the renders that came before it.
Gemini AI, 30x Zoom, and What the Camera Actually Shoots
The bigger number in this leak is the zoom. A 30x reach on the base Pixel 11 would be a real jump for the phone that’s historically shipped with the weakest camera in the lineup, if it holds up at launch. Google hasn’t confirmed the hardware behind that number yet, so the 30x figure is a leak claim, not a spec sheet.
Google’s Gemini smarts also make an appearance here, tucked into the camera experience, though Blass hasn’t detailed what those features actually do yet. A handful of camera samples round out the batch, offering an early read on color science and detail.
What’s Changing, and What Isn’t
Design-wise, the Pixel 11 isn’t shaping up to be a dramatic departure from the Pixel 10. Google’s keeping most of the internals familiar too, aside from a fresh processor headed into this generation.
The leaked images also point to Pixel Glow, a lighting addition on the back of the phone, carrying over into this generation. It’s a small hardware flourish, not a redesign. If a bigger visual shakeup was on your wishlist this year, the renders suggest that’s a Pixel 12 conversation.
The Price Question
Component and memory costs have climbed industry-wide, and that’s the reason Pixel 11 pricing is expected to land higher than last year’s lineup. The leak doesn’t specify which models see the biggest jump, so treat the scope of the increase as unconfirmed too. Exact numbers haven’t surfaced yet, so treat any dollar figure you see elsewhere as a guess until Google confirms it on stage.
Where Things Stand
Google has two weeks left before the Pixel 11, Pixel 11 Pro, Pixel 11 Pro XL, and Pixel 11 Pro Fold become official, and leaks are arriving fast enough that surprises are getting hard to come by. All four models arrive on August 12, which happens to line up with Samsung’s own foldable and watch launch. Neither company planned that overlap, but it’s happening anyway.
Expect more images and probably an official teaser or two from Google before launch day. For now, the zoom claim and the Gemini AI features are the two details to keep an eye on until Google says otherwise.
Frequently Asked Questions
When does the Pixel 11 come out?
Google’s Pixel 11 series, including the Pixel 11, Pixel 11 Pro, Pixel 11 Pro XL, and Pixel 11 Pro Fold, becomes official on August 12.
What colors does the Pixel 11 come in?
Based on the latest leaked images, the base Pixel 11 comes in Fuchsia, Light Sterling, Midnight Haze, and Moss, with no white option this time.
Will the Pixel 11 really have 30x zoom?
Leaked images tease a 30x zoom on the base Pixel 11, but Google hasn’t confirmed the camera hardware behind that number.
Will the Pixel 11 cost more than the Pixel 10?
The leak points to higher pricing across the lineup, with climbing costs on memory and other components as the reason, though exact prices remain unconfirmed.
Is the Pixel 11 getting a redesign?
Not based on what’s leaked so far. The images suggest a look close to the Pixel 10, with a new chip inside and a lighting feature called Pixel Glow on the back.
