Ninja PREPi keeps meal prep in one bowl, but check which version includes dicing

Chopping vegetables is only part of meal prep. Once they’re ready, they usually need somewhere else to go. Ninja’s new PREPi system uses the processing bowl for serving and storage too, with a lid that lets you put the prepared food away without transferring it to another container.

Two bowls, fewer transfers

The PN301 and PN351 core models both come with a 5-cup bowl, a 7-cup bowl and two storage lids. That’s a useful distinction if you want to keep one batch in the fridge while using the other bowl to prep the next one.

Ninja’s 500-watt motor sits above the bowl. A chopping and puréeing blade handles those jobs, while a reversible disc switches between slicing and shredding. There’s also a separate crinkle-cut disc.

Ninja says the three-part feed chute accommodates different ingredient sizes. Once processing is finished, remove the motor and processing attachments, then use the same bowl to serve the food or fit its storage lid.

Decide whether you want dicing included

The $179.99 PN301 is the five-function version. It chops, purées, slices, shreds and crinkle-cuts. Dicing requires a separately sold kit. Amazon lists the Midnight Blue version as PN301 and the Black version as PN301BK1, both at $179.99 without the dicing kit.

The $229.99 PN351 includes that dicing kit. If diced ingredients are a regular part of your cooking, it’s the version to compare first. If you’re mainly chopping ingredients for sauces or slicing and shredding vegetables, the PN301 already includes the attachments for those jobs. Both models include the same bowl sizes; the $50 price difference adds the dicing kit.

Color also separates the configurations. Ninja lists the PN301 in Midnight Blue and Mango, Pink Peppercorn, Stone and Moss, and Onyx and Apricot. SharkNinja lists the PN351 in Copper and Teal; Amazon labels its PN351 option Black+Dicing Kit. SharkNinja also lists a PN301B1 bundle in Midnight Blue and Mango for $229.99, pairing the five-function unit with the dicing kit. If you want dicing and prefer that color, you don’t have to choose the Copper and Teal PN351. Check the exact model and bundle contents before buying.
